Will the system be visible during the day?

Can permanent lighting handle Canadian winters?
Permanent exterior lighting is designed to stay on the building through every season, including snow, ice, and freeze-and-thaw cycles. Manufacturer temperature and weather ratings vary by product, so we will provide the published ratings for the exact system we recommend for your property.
How long does installation usually take?
Timing depends on the size of the property, the roof height and access, and the number of runs in the design. Most residential projects are completed in a focused visit, and larger or commercial projects are scheduled in stages. Your quote will include the expected schedule for your project.
What happens if a light or component needs service?
Contact us and we will assess whether the issue is with a light, a connection, or a controller. Because the system stays installed, service is a matter of returning to the property and addressing the affected section rather than replacing the whole run. Any warranty coverage will be set out in your written quote.
Do you install lighting on commercial buildings?
Yes. Storefronts, restaurants, offices, hospitality properties, multi-unit buildings, and event venues all suit permanent lighting. Commercial projects are planned around your hours, access requirements, and how you want the property to look through the year, including brand colours and seasonal campaigns.
Why not just buy a do-it-yourself kit?
A kit still leaves you on a ladder, measuring runs, cutting to length, managing power and corners, and returning to fix anything that shifts. A professionally designed and installed system is measured to the property, mounted cleanly along the architectural lines, wired and terminated properly, and supported afterwards.
Will the installation damage my home?
The track is fastened along the roof edge or trim using methods suited to your specific fascia, soffit, or masonry. We review the mounting approach with you before installation and finish the work so the hardware sits flush and tidy. If your property has an unusual surface, we will tell you before the work starts.
