Property review
We look at the rooflines, peaks, trim, mounting surfaces, heights, power, and access. This is where we find the things that affect the design, such as an awkward gable, an unusual fascia, or a section that is better left unlit.
Lighting design and quote
You receive a written plan showing the proposed runs and areas, along with a quote that reflects your property rather than a generic package price.
Product and colour decisions
We confirm the system, the track colour against your trim, and how the property is divided into areas for control. Any options that carry a cost difference are set out clearly.
Installation
Our installers measure, mount, and terminate each run, keeping the hardware tight to the architectural lines. The site is left clean at the end of the visit.
System walkthrough
Before we leave, we set up the controls with you and save the looks you expect to use most, so the system is genuinely usable from day one.
Ongoing support
If anything needs attention afterwards, you contact us directly. Because the system stays installed, service means returning to the affected section rather than redoing the whole property.

What gets installed on the building
We describe the components in general terms here. The specific product details for your property are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Track
A slim channel fixed along the roof edge or trim line that holds the lights in a straight, even run and keeps them out of view during the day.
Controller
The unit that drives the lights and connects the system to your phone. Placement is agreed with you during the design stage.
Zones
Areas of the property that can be handled separately, for example the front elevation and the back patio, where the layout allows it.

How much does permanent outdoor lighting cost?
Cost depends on the length of roofline being lit, the height and shape of the property, the number of separate runs, and how much of the exterior you want covered. A single-storey bungalow with one clean roofline sits at one end of the range and a large multi-gable home or a commercial building sits at the other. We provide a written quote after reviewing the property so the figure you see reflects your actual home or building.
How long does installation usually take?
Timing depends on the size of the property, the roof height and access, and the number of runs in the design. Most residential projects are completed in a focused visit, and larger or commercial projects are scheduled in stages. Your quote will include the expected schedule for your project.
What happens if a light or component needs service?
Contact us and we will assess whether the issue is with a light, a connection, or a controller. Because the system stays installed, service is a matter of returning to the property and addressing the affected section rather than replacing the whole run. Any warranty coverage will be set out in your written quote.
Will the installation damage my home?
The track is fastened along the roof edge or trim using methods suited to your specific fascia, soffit, or masonry. We review the mounting approach with you before installation and finish the work so the hardware sits flush and tidy. If your property has an unusual surface, we will tell you before the work starts.
